1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PayCentrix platform (the "Service"), operated by PayCentrix Technologies Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Gift Card Purchases
All gift cards purchased through PayCentrix are digital and delivered electronically. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Once a gift card code is delivered and viewed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the code is proven defective.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or resale of gift cards at a premium. PayCentrix reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the PayCentrix platform, including logos, branding, and software, is the property of PayCentrix Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Brand logos displayed on the marketplace belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
PayCentrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of gift cards purchased through the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the gift card in question.
7. Modifications
PayCentrix reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
